Studies have demonstrated that businesses face difficulties in maintaining growth and sustainability in this competitive market without integrating AI-based systems, particularly in SMEs. This is because integrating AI-based systems into business strategies has changed how organizations work, adapt, and address customer's needs. Therefore, the study explores the effect of artificial intelligence adoption on sustainable business growth in SMEs on the economic, environmental, and social aspects. The study uses a quantitative research method based on a questionnaire in Greater Accra. Based on a simple random sampling technique and a sample of 118, the study found that a good connection exists between business growth sustainability and the integration of AI-based systems. Based on a regression analysis, the study found that AI-based systems can positively affect SMEs in the following sectors: economic, social, and environmental, to ensure sustainability. Therefore, this study recommends that SMEs should adopt AI-based systems to reduce the risk of fading into obscurity.
