Exploring The Relationship Between Organizations And The Use Of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) In Leveraging Brand Equity: A Case Study Of Academic City

Abstract

This research investigates the strategic role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in building brand equity within schools, using a case study of Academic City University. The study aims to find out how CSR initiatives influence the perceptions, trust, and loyalty of stakeholders toward an organization, which contributes directly to the brand value of the organization. With the mixed-methods approach of surveys and interviews with students, faculty staff, and administrative staff, the study identifies key CSR activities and their impacts on brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand association. The study reveals that consistent and authentic CSR activities, particularly education assistance, sustainability, and community engagement, propel brand equity significantly in the educational context. This work is important in recognizing the necessity of embedding CSR into institutional values and providing practical suggestions to educational institutions that seek to create a well-established and socially responsible brand image.
